After the success of the show Breaking Bad, AMC came up with the new spinoff series Better Call Saul. It was confirmed by the channel that the show has been renewed for one last season where will see Jimmy McGill finally becoming the Saul Goodman we saw in the former show.
Executive producer and the creator the show Peter Gould expressed his gratitude to the fans who made the show what it was and revealed that it was his dream to showcase the comprehensive story of the hero Jimmy McGill. Promised to give us the ending we deserve what we still don’t know what it looks like. Many shows in the past have not quite met the expectations of the fans when it comes to ending such popular and loved shows.
COVID-19 caused postponement
The last season of the show started production in February of this year but seeing the fate of most shows and movies we know that the coronavirus has contributed in the postponement of filming. It was expected to arrive by 2021 but keeping our hopes in check and in the view of the current situation of the world we might be able to see season 6 towards the middle or the end of 2021.
