Demon Slayer Season 2 is one of the most awaited anime series, all thanks to its phenomenal plotline. Adapted from a manga series by Koyoharu Gotoge the series has managed to earn warm responses from the critics as well as the audience.
Demon Slayer Season 2: Release Date
This manga series has a worldwide fan following. The first season of Demon Slayer was released in April 2019 and it was a massive success. And the primary credit for its success can be given to the amazing plotline of the series. No doubt Japanese manga series always come with the phenomenal plotline and Demon Slayer is nothing different.
The first season of the series has massively entertained the audience and has left them craving for another season as soon as possible. It is not unknown to anyone that the makers of this manga series had already revealed that they will bring in multiple seasons of the series because the plot demands so.
Therefore Demon Slayer Season 2 is absolutely on the cards. Initially, the makers had planned to release the second season in April 2020 but that was next to impossible because the production faced a delay as the world came to a standstill due to the virus outbreak.
Hence the production was postponed till mid-2020. But now as per speculations the production work is going on and is expected to wrap up by early 2021. So if that happens then we can predict the upcoming season to be dropped in April 2021.
Demon Slayer Season 2: Plot
Demon Slayer Season 2 is expected to have a lot of turns and twists. In the previous season, we saw that Tanjiro was all prepared to defeat his enemy i.e the demon who ruined his world by killing his family.
We know that this series revolves around the lives of Tanjiro Kamado and his sister Nezuko whose lives turned upside down when their parents were killed by a demon. And it did not stop there, the demon also possessed Nezuko in order to make her a part of the demon world.
So now everything is up to Tanjiro. In Demon Slayer Season 2 we will finally witness Tanjiro taking on the demon who took the lives of his parents. Apart from that, we will also get to know the real identity of the demon and the reason behind it killing Tanjiro’s parents.
So will Tanjiro be able to save his sister? Will he be able to defeat his enemy? And the biggest question will Tanjiro remain a demon slayer forever? Everything will be answered in the upcoming season.
