A 37-year old, tech Entrepreneur and investor Vivek ramaswamy is the second person of Indian Origin to join the US presidential race, announcing his bid for the Republican parties at presidential primary.

About Vivek Ramaswamy –
Ramaswamy was born in South-west Ohio to immigrant parents from Kerala. His mother, Geetha Ganapathy, used to be a Psychiatrist. His father, Vivek Ganapathy, worked as an engineer and a patent Lawyer. He is the author of the book names, “woke, inc. : Inside Corporate America’s Social Scam” . He co-founded strive asset management , which launched in 2022 with backing from billionaire investors. He is the second Indian – American to enter the republican presidential race after Nikki Haley.
Vivek Ramaswamy’s promises –
According to the reports, he also vowed to end the dependence on China. By this statement, US faces some external threats as well. He also promise to put the Merit back, as he said that he is a strong supporter of the merit-based immigration. He further promise that he would not grant leniency to those who broke the law when entering the country.
