Debuting on Amazon Prime in 2018, this crime thriller series started a new wave of web series trend in India. This series can be called an excellent piece of raw audiovisual content. Series like this have taken the Indian web series trend to the next level.

After a gap of years, the makers finally dropped Mirzapur Season 2 in 2020. It broke all the records and become one of the most-watched Hindi web series of the year.

Its immense success did not take the makers too long to renew it. Amazon Prime brought us the announcement we all have been waiting for in November 2020.

We have a lot of expectations from the upcoming season. But it is just that we don’t know when it is coming out because the shoot has been postponed till further notice. And the reason is that COVID-19 has hit India again with a new wave and we don’t know when will it end. We just hope that things get back to normal soon.

Crime, politics, love and family feuds, this series showed it all. Depicting a story from a small town of Mirzapur situated in Uttar Pradesh it talks about the family of a goon who is here just to claim power.

The second season had a lot of new elements to cherish upon. We have seen Beena’s reign as a strong political leader. On the other hand, Kaleen Bhaiya and Munna are the ones remaining in the family and are expected to lead on from now.

We can expect “Mirzapur” Season 3 to focus on a completely different angle. New characters can also be expected to mark an entry.
