The policy was presented at the 36th meeting of the National Security Committee (NSC), which was chaired by the Prime Minister of the country Imran Khan and by the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, and all Services Chiefs.
Moreover, on the same day, the policy was also approved.
The paper was presented by Pakistan’s National Security Adviser (NSA), Moeed Yusuf, who stated that the country was transitioning to a Comprehensive National Security Framework, with the ultimate goal of ensuring residents’ safety, security, and dignity.
