Qatar World Cup tickets is open to sell

The Associated Press has discovered that fans may begin registering to buy Qatar World Cup tickets on Wednesday, with costs for visitors starting at approximately €60, one-third less than the tournament in Russia.

Two persons with knowledge of the rates stated Tuesday that category-three tickets on worldwide sale will cost 250 Qatari riyals (€60), compared to $105 (€90) in 2018.

The individuals talked on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the ticketing procedure publicly.

The lowest tickets of the Qatar world cup — in category four just for Qataris — would cost 40 Qatari riyals (€9.7), according to the sources.

The proposed ticket prices will be the lowest at a World Cup since $3 seats in Mexico in 1986 — based on 1986 currency rates — and half the price of those made accessible to locals in Russia in 2018 for the equivalent of $22.
