Volodymyr Zelenskyy says 3,000 Ukrainian soldiers died and over 10,000 injured

3,000 soldiers have killed and at least 10,000 have been injured so far in Ukraine’s battle with Russia, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who added that it’s “impossible to predict how many will survive.” Volodymyr Zelenskyy defines the situation as wrost.

Meanwhile, following Russia’s retreat, the remains of over 900 civilians have been discovered in the territory surrounding Kiev, the majority of them were fatally shot, authorities stated Friday, indicating that many individuals were “just killed.”

The startling figure was revealed shortly after Russia’s Defense Ministry pledged to intensify missile attacks on Kyiv in retaliation for claimed Ukrainian incursions into Russian territory. Following the shocking loss of Moscow’s flagship in the Black Sea, this frightening warning was sent.

Moscow continues to make preparations for a military invasion in eastern Ukraine despite its threats. Fighting continued in Mariupol, the battered southern port city, where residents reported witnessing Russian forces digging up remains.

According to regional governor Oleh Sinehubov, shelling of a residential neighbourhood in Kharkiv killed seven people, including a seven-month-old child, and injured 34 others.
